The present invention relates to a composition for treating a burn injury comprising low-dose radiation (LDR) as an active component. It is confirmed that the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines causing inflammation is reduced in tissues of burn injury-induced animal models irradiated with LDR, and collagen production is increased at the site of skin damage due to a burn injury to exhibit an effect of promoting wound healing.
