An apparatus for providing a vehicle preventive maintenance service comprises: a vehicle information generation unit for generating vehicle diagnosis information diagnosed in real time while a vehicle drives and vehicle state information indicating a current state of the vehicle by receiving at least one vibration signal from the vehicle and collecting vehicle information from an electronic control unit (ECU) of the vehicle; a vehicle fault occurrence prediction unit for generating a vehicle part state based on the vehicle diagnosis information and the vehicle state information to determine preventive maintenance urgency and predict occurrence of a fault of the vehicle; a vehicle garage recommendation unit for recommending a vehicle garage based on a price or a distance based on the preventive maintenance urgency included in the at least one vehicle part state; and a preventive maintenance service reward unit for providing a preventive maintenance service reward by detecting whether a maintenance service for a corresponding vehicle part state is performed according to the preventive maintenance urgency. Therefore, the apparatus for providing a vehicle preventive maintenance service and a method thereof generate state information of a vehicle through the vehicle information generation unit, analyze the vehicle state information to predict occurrence of a fault of a vehicle, recommend a vehicle garage based on preventive maintenance urgency, and provide a service reward according to whether a maintenance is performed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
