The present invention relates to a method for managing selective work between multi-work companies and multiple workers. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises: a worker selection process in which a company terminal selects a desired worker from a list of workers registered in a multi-work brokerage server and transmits the desired worker to the multi-work brokerage server; a process for providing a schedule reservation screen for the workers, wherein the multi-work brokerage server transmits the schedule reservation screen for the workers assigned to the worker selected from a company to a worker terminal; a process of determining work acceptance allowing the worker terminal, through the schedule reservation screen for the worker, to determine whether to accept the work at the company requesting the work, and transmit the same to the multi-work brokerage server; and a process for providing the schedule reservation screen for the company, wherein the multi-work brokerage server provides the schedule reservation screen for the company indicating whether the requested worker accepts the work to the company terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
