The present invention relates to: a method for reforming powdered activated carbon by using a polymer and forming a Prussian blue on the surface of powdered activated carbon; and an adsorbent material having cesium adsorption capacity through the same. When a powdered activated carbon cesium adsorption material according to the present invention is used, as many Prussian blues are fixed to the adsorption material, a high adsorption effect on cesium is exhibited.
