The purpose of the present invention is to provide, in order to solve problems of a conventional IoT remote controller as described above, a WiFi-based integrated remote controller and an IoT control system using the same, wherein various functions can be performed through an intuitive operation by using a remote controller having a plurality of push buttons that make interlocking with a separate smart device unnecessary during operation, and the remote controller can be manufactured as a DIY product. The present invention relates to a remote controller which accommodates a control unit and a battery inside a body and includes a plurality of buttons on an outer side of the body. The control unit includes: a communication device connected to a server; and a WiFi device connected to an input means. The input means consists of an application of a smart device so that the server receives a signal from the communication device and transmits an output signal to an IFTTT channel or a smart home device, and the input means is connected to the control unit through the WiFi device to receive information of the remote controller. The input means is connected to the server to be able to designate a function for each button.
