The present invention relates to a system vessel for collecting marine litter and manufacturing a solid fuel, which can sail across the Earth′s five oceans to collect marine litter including various kinds of waste plastic which is the main pollutant of the ocean. In addition, in order to process the collected marine litter by making the same into a pellet type solid fuel, the marine litter can be collected in a vessel which is produced by renovating a waste oil tanker and the like, and the collected marine litter can be recycled to manufacture the solid fuel. To this end, the vessel for collecting marine litter comprises: a collecting part (20) which can collect marine litter such as waste plastic floating on the ocean in a vessel body; a pellet manufacturing line (30) which makes the marine litter which is collected by the collecting part (20) into pellets; and a transport part (40) which transports the manufactured pallets to the land.
