The present invention relates to a method for inducing dedifferentiation of neural stem cells from urine cells by introducing mRNA of dedifferentiation factors, Oct4, Sox2, Klf4, and Glis1, and a composition for preventing or treating neurological damage diseases using the neural stem cells induced by the method as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, the clinical availability of the present technique can be improved.
