The present invention relates to a dissolved oxygen spray cultivation system of aquaponics, which comprises: a fish farming tank for accommodating aquaculture water and fish; a crop cultivation unit where crops are grown; an aquaculture water supply unit connected to an aquaculture water supply pipe connected from the fish farming tank and supplying the aquaculture water to the crop cultivation unit by the pressure applied from a pressure pump; and a dissolved oxygen increasing device installed in the fish farming tank and increasing the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the aquaculture water in the fish farming tank.
