The present invention relates to a device which prevents corrosion of a coolant channel of a blower (B) which supplies gaseous nitrogen of a predetermined temperature into a thermal vacuum chamber which provides a space environment for a thermal vacuum test of a satellite. To this end, provided is a coolant channel corrosion prevention device of a blower for a thermal vacuum chamber, which comprises: a coolant supply pipe (10) which supplies a coolant to a coolant channel of a blower; a coolant discharge pipe (20) which discharges the coolant from the blower; a first opening and closing valve (15) which opens and closes the coolant supply pipe; a second opening and closing valve (25) which opens and closes the coolant discharge pipe; a gas supply pipe (30) of which one end is connected to the coolant supply pipe (10) between the first opening and closing valve (15) and the blower to supply gas to the blower; and a third opening and closing valve (35) which opens and closes the gas supply pipe.
