The present invention relates to a method for separating vascular endothelial cells, comprising a step of collecting a culture supernatant of adipose stem cells, wherein the adipose stem cells are separated from a stromal vascular fraction (SVF) separated from adipose tissues, and the method further includes a step of filtering the culture supernatant with a cell filter mesh after collecting the same. Since the efficient and economical separation and cultivation of vascular endothelial cells are possible by the present invention, the method can be utilized in various research fields related to angiogenesis.
