The present invention relates to an MMA-based anti-slip packaging material composition mixed with a PVA fiber, to a paint film using the same, and to a construction method and, more specifically, to an MMA-based anti-slip packaging material composition mixed with a PVA fiber by applying the MMA-based anti-slip packaging material composition mixed with a PVA fiber to a surface of a structure, to protect the surface and prevent slipping, and to a construction method for crack prevention and repair of a civil structure (steel, asphalt, or concrete) using the same, and for increasing the physical strength of the structure.
