The present invention relates to a composition for diagnosing infection of Korean Sacbrood virus (KSBV) and a diagnostic kit containing the same. According to the present invention, a KSBV-VP2 protein expression vector with a gene inserted therein, which encodes VP2 protein of KSBV (KSBV-VP2 protein), is secured and the KSBV-VP2 protein is massively produced by using the secured KSBV-VP2 protein expression vector. Moreover, an anti- KSBV-VP2 antibody is made by using the massively produced KSBV-VP2 protein as an antigen, and a composition for diagnosing infection of KSBV and a diagnostic kit which contain the anti-KSBV-VP2 antibody protein expression vector are made.
