The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing a coated steel sheet using inkjet printing such that image blurring or nozzle clogging of a head due to light reflection does not occur even when produced for a long time. The device comprises a printing device for conducting printing on a steel sheet surface by using inkjet printing. The printing device comprises: an ink head for discharging ink cured by light into a printing area of a steel sheet; a light source disposed at the downstream of the ink head and emitting light to the ink in the printing area; and a shielding member disposed around the light source to prevent light reflected from the steel sheet from reaching the ink head, wherein the shielding member has a plurality of concave grooves formed in a diagonal direction on a surface facing the steel sheet.
