The present invention relates to a method of classifying cell types and analyzing characteristics through rapid changes in a frequency using dielectrophoresis. More specifically, the present invention relates to the method of classifying cell types and analyzing characteristics through rapid changes in a frequency using dielectrophoresis comprising: a step of interposing in micro fluid chips to interpose a cell dilution solution in micro fluid chips with waveform generators arranged on both ends; a step of applying a voltage to apply a voltage to the waveform generators arranged on both ends of the micro fluid chips; and a step of analyzing cell motions to photograph the motions of the cells in the cell dilution solution interposed in the micro fluid chips, to which the voltage is applied through the previous step of applying the voltage, with a charge coupled device (CCD) camera, and analyzing through a transient duration of a grayscale. Accordingly, the method of classifying cell types and analyzing characteristics made of the processes is able to have a high yield, accumulate a large volume of statistically significant data, analyze a process of polarization delay occurring within a very short time through a process of rapidly changing a frequency, and analyze the types and characteristics of cells.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
