METHOD OF ANALYZING ELECTRO-POLARIZATION CHARACTERISTICS OF CELLS BY REGULATION OF CHANGES IN APPLICATION OF DIELECTROPHORETIC FORCE

The present invention relates to a method of analyzing electro-polarization characteristics of cells by regulation of changes in the application of dielectrophoretic force and, more specifically, to a method of analyzing electro-polarization characteristics of cells by regulation of changes in the application of dielectrophoretic force comprising: a step of observing movements of cells in accordance with AC electric signals in a dielectrophoretic chip, and measuring the crossover frequency; a step of converting the measured crossover frequency into a dynamic relaxation frequency, and measuring the relaxation time; a step of calculating a change rate of dielectrophoretic force through the measured movements of the cells; and a step of performing a regression analysis of the relaxation time and the load rate of the dielectrophoretic force, and analyzing activation energy in accordance with the generation of polarization by dielectrophoresis. According to the present invention, the method of analyzing electro-polarization characteristics of cells by regulation of changes in the application of dielectrophoretic force can be usefully used for observing nonlinear dielectric reactions of living cells, comparing changes in cell membrane permeability and energy profiles, and thereby analyzing electro-polarization characteristics of cells.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
