The present invention relates to a porous component manufacturing method using selective laser melting (SLM) lamination molding which manufactures a porous component by performing a laser scan for selective laser melting lamination molding in a single beam path to match a minimum melt pool thickness, and a porous component manufactured by the same. The porous component manufacturing method using selective laser melting lamination molding comprises: a step of coating metal particles; a first axis SLM forming step of emitting a laser while reciprocating on a first axis of a surface coated with the metal particles to form a first axis metal layer; a second axis SLM forming step of emitting the laser while reciprocating on a second axis of the surface coated with the metal particles to form a second axis metal layer; and a diagonal SLM forming step of allowing the laser to reciprocate in a diagonal direction having one or more hatching angles selected on the surface formed by the coated metal particles to form a diagonal metal layer.
