According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for generating a LEGO type learning engine based on deep learning comprises: a user intention analysis part analyzing an intention of a user by using at least one of natural language information and image information input from the user; a target job recommendation part recommending a target task corresponding to the intention of the user; and a learning engine generation part selecting a plurality of learning engines to perform the target task and combining the plurality of learning engines to generate a LEGO type learning engine based on deep learning.
