The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating uterine myoma and a food composition for preventing or alleviating uterine myoma, wherein the compositions contain fisetin, more specifically, fisetin derived from a Rhus verniciflua Stokes extract as an active component. Fisetin according to the present invention can be applied to the pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating uterine myoma and the food composition for preventing or alleviating uterine myoma which contain fisetin as the active component.
