The present invention relates to a rotary advertisement device to allow a viewing person to remember a design and content displayed on a sign for a long period of time. The rotary advertisement device has a dual structure of an upper rotary advertisement board and a lower banner advertisement board, and is applied to be rotated. The rotary advertisement device comprises: a base plate between the upper rotary advertisement board and the lower banner advertisement board; a drive motor and a decelerator on the base plate; and a belt or a chain connected to the drive motor and the decelerator and linked to a spline connected to a rotary shaft of an advertisement board. The rotary advertisement device has a structure for rotating the upper rotary advertisement board and the lower banner advertisement board together. The upper rotary advertisement board is made of an acrylic material, forms a polygonal structure selected between a triangle and a hexagon, and has an outer structure with different words or logos engraved on polygonal surfaces. The lower banner advertisement board has a top holder in accordance with the shape of the rotary advertisement board and has a structure where different advertising banners are uprightly attached to the top holder. Color light bulbs or LED light bulbs are embedded and installed in the upper rotary advertisement board and the lower banner advertisement board to provide the advertisement boards with lighting effects. The rotary advertisement device has a configuration applied to allow a user to adjust a deceleration rate of the drive motor and the decelerator and a direct stroke of the spline connected to the rotary shaft, simultaneously rotate the upper rotary advertisement board and the lower banner advertisement board at a desired rotating speed, and obtain dual advertising effects.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
