The present invention relates to a geotextile with an excellent permeability coefficient under high load pressure. More specifically, outer layer members are stacked on both surfaces of an inner layer member formed by stacking ball fiber therein to be coupled and integrated by heating and pressurizing. The present invention at least comprises an inner fiber layer and a pair of outer fiber layers coupled to both surfaces of the inner fiber layer, wherein the inner fiber layer and the outer fiber layers are needle-punched to be temporarily bonded and are integrated by heating and pressurizing again. The inner fiber layer is a stacked object formed by being stacked by the ball fiber. The outer fiber layer is web-stacked by being formed by 3 to 15 denier fiber.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
