The present invention relates to a virtual reality (VR) karaoke system and a VR karaoke providing method using the same. According to the present invention, the VR karaoke providing method comprises the steps of: allowing a user, who wears a head mounted display (HMD), to access to a VR karaoke server through the HMD or a user terminal linked with the HMD; receiving a mode selected by the user; allowing the VR karaoke server to receive a request for generating a VR room or entering one of a generated VR room list from the user; allowing the VR karaoke server to output lyrics, a background image, and music recorded (MR) of a selected song to a plurality of users, who enter a VR room, through the HMD when the capacity of the VR room is full or a leader of the VR room orders start of the song; allowing the VR karaoke server to fix the song order of the plurality of users, who enter the VR room, in accordance with the mode selected by the user; and allowing the VR karaoke server to display a score when the song of the plurality of users, who enter the VR room, is finished.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
