The present invention relates to a special needle for nasal surgery which is to effectively perform non-incisional nose surgery as a surgical needle (200) is distinguished by a suture coupling unit (300) in a filament (100) in a circular form. The filament (100) is a suture which does not melt over time, and the surgical needle (200) has a hand grip unit (A1) which is gripped by fingers and rounded at a constant curvature while horizontal units (B1) keeps regular intervals in a horizontal direction at one side thereof. In addition, a penetration unit (C1), which is formed with the same curvature as the hand grip unit (A1) to be easily penetrated into the inner skin of the nose during the nose surgery, is rounded in a circular form t a constant curvature, a tip end thereof is formed in a sharp needle form, thereby enabling effective non-incisional nose surgery.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
