The present invention relates to an automatic gutter transportation system for unmanned hydroponic cultivation, which comprises: a first horizontal gutter transportation unit for transporting an empty gutter harvesting fully grown hydroponic vegetables in a harvesting point to a left side which is a vegetable planting point; a gutter cleaning unit for cleaning the gutter transported by the first horizontal gutter transportation unit; a second gutter horizontal transportation unit for transporting the gutter passing through the gutter cleaning unit to the vegetable planting point; a first gutter front-and-rear transportation means for transporting the gutter positioned at the vegetable planting point to a rear side thereof; a third gutter horizontal transportation unit for transporting the gutter positioned at a rear left side to a right side thereof; a fourth gutter horizontal transportation unit for receiving the gutter transported to the third gutter horizontal transportation unit to transport the same to a rear right side thereof; and a second gutter front-and-rear transportation means for transporting the gutter positioned at the rear right side thereof to a front harvesting point.
