The present invention relates to a method for estimating optimal pest control time. The method for estimating optimal pest control time comprises: (d) a step in which the information processing unit (100) uses a disease and pest grade weight and a disease and pest importance weight to calculate a primary weight (A) by pest; (f) a step in which the information processing unit (100) uses the primary weight (A) by pest and the expert information to calculate a secondary weight (B) by pest; (g) a step in which the information processing unit (100) collects disease and pest simulation results corresponding to the disease and pest name information in a prediction model database (320) in unit time; (h) a step in which the information processing unit (100) indexes the disease and pest simulation results by a preset method to convert the disease and pest simulation results into preset weight values in accordance with index values; (i) a step in which the information processing unit (100) uses the secondary weight (B) by pest and index weights to calculate an optimal pest control time determination value per unit time; (j) a step in which the information processing unit (100) further collects disease and pest threshold information corresponding to the disease and pest name information in a disease and pest information database (310); and (k) a step in which the information processing unit (100) determines time in a case where the optimal pest control time determination value is higher than or equal to a threshold value of the disease and pest threshold information as optimal pest control time, and determines time in a case where the optimal pest control time determination value is lower than the threshold value as an endpoint of optimal pest control time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
