According to the present invention, a farming solar photovoltaic device with an angle adjustable solar panel comprises: a pair of supports spaced apart from each other; a pair of first wires arranged side by side and connecting the supports; a plurality of photovoltaic panels disposed between the pair of first wires and having each one side of a panel fixed between the pair of first wires; a panel adjustment device installed on each of the pair of supports; and a second wire connecting between the pair of panel adjustment devices through the lower portion of each photovoltaic panel and moved by the panel adjustment device to adjust the angle of each photovoltaic panel. According to the present invention, the lower portion of the photovoltaic panel is connected by wires, which are connected to the panel adjustment device so that the angle of the photovoltaic panel is adjusted to control the amount of solar radiation, thereby controlling the growth of crops cultivated on the ground.
