According to the present invention, farming solar photovoltaic power facilities comprises: a plurality of structures including: a pair of first frames arranged to be spaced apart from each other, and installed on the ground; a second frame connecting the upper end of the pair of first frames, and having a lower part coupled to one side of a plurality of photovoltaic panels; and a third frame is arranged parallel to the second frame so that the other side of the plurality of photovoltaic panels is coupled to the third frame; a plurality of wires connecting the third frames of each structure to each other; and an angle adjusting device connected to one side of the wire, and simultaneously adjusting the angles of the plurality of photovoltaic panels of each structure by adjusting the length of the wires. According to the present invention, the angle adjusting device capable of simultaneously adjusting the angle of a plurality of photovoltaic panels is provided, thereby properly regulating the influx of sunlight to match the growth of crops and efficiently performing solar power generation at the same time.
