Disclosed is a method for preparing a medicine in a pharmacy using an electronic prescription which can improve user convenience in relation to medicine preparation. According to the above method, a hospital server transmits prescription information to pre-registered pharmacy terminals to inquire whether pharmacies can prepare medicine; the hospital server receives responses from the pharmacy terminals whether the pharmacies can prepare the medicine, filters pharmacy terminals which respond that the pharmacies can prepare the medicine, and temporarily stores the corresponding pharmacies; and the hospital server receives the origin and the destination from a customer terminal, compares and matches route information on a map based on the origin and the destination, and location information of the temporarily stored pharmacies, and transmits the location information of the matched pharmacies to the customer terminal such that the customer terminal selects one among the pharmacies displayed on the map. According to the present invention, the actual standby time of a customer can be reduced.
