The present invention relates to a solar heat pump system linked with a PVT heat collector, which comprises: a PVT heat collector which generates electricity and a heat energy by means of a solar energy; a power system linkage unit which supplies the electricity generated by the PVT heat collector to a consumer; a PCM heat storage tank in which the heat energy generated by the PVT heat collector is stored by means of a heat storage circulation pump; a heat pump unit in which a refrigerant is circulated through a compressor, a four-way valve, a condenser heat exchanger and a first evaporation heat exchanger, in order to exchange heat with the heat energy stored in the PCM heat storage tank through the first evaporation heat exchanger; a second evaporation heat exchanger which is connected to the heat pump unit in order to generate an air source heat through heat exchange with air; a load-side buffer tank which exchanges heat with the condenser heat exchanger of the heat pump unit, and in which the heat energy to be supplied to the consumer is stored; and a second heat storage heat exchanger which allows the heat energy of the PVT heat collector to be directly delivered to the load-side buffer tank by means of heat exchange without passing through the heat pump unit before being stored. In addition, the present system is operated in: a heat storage operation mode in which the heat energy of the PVT heat collector is directly stored in the PCM heat storage tank or the load-side buffer tank; a heat pump operation mode in which the heat energy stored in the PCM heat storage tank passes through the heat pump unit to be stored in the load-side buffer tank; and a defrosting operation mode in which the condenser heat exchanger of the heat pump unit is used as an evaporator, and the first evaporation heat exchanger is used as a condenser, in order to defrost the second evaporation heat exchanger. Here, the modes can be individually operated, or at least two of the heat storage operation mode, the heat pump operation mode, and the defrosting operation mode can be operated in a combined manner.
