According to an embodiment, provided is a method for achieving an agreement between a plurality of nodes on a block chain configured with a distributed network of the plurality of nodes which comprises the steps of: receiving a candidate block in an N^th round by any one first node of the plurality of nodes capable of being promoted to a producer node having a block generation status at a predetermined time point for each round; determining whether the received candidate block is a valid candidate block; determining whether the valid candidate block is an unauthorized block; and determining whether the unauthorized block is an initial reception candidate block and deciding whether to approve the unauthorized block. Provided is the method for achieving an agreement between the plurality of nodes on the block chain configured with the distributed network of the plurality of nodes, wherein the initial reception candidate block is a candidate block initially received by the first node in the N^th round.
