The present disclosure relates to a communication technique for fusing a 5G communication system with an IoT technology to support a higher data transmission rate than that of a 4G system, and a system thereof. The present disclosure can be applied to an intelligent service (for example, smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car or connected car, healthcare, digital education, retail business, security and safety related services, etc.) based on a 5G communication system and an IoT-related technology. The present disclosure relates to a control signal processing method in a wireless communication system, comprising the steps of: receiving a first control signal transmitted from a base station; processing the received first control signal; and transmitting a second control signal generated based on the processing to the base station.
