The present invention relates to a method for preparing eco-friendly ink for digital printing using a natural pigment, the method comprising the steps of: (S10) treating plant-derived natural dyes with an enzyme to break down glycosides, and obtaining high-purity extracts therefrom; (S20) treating the extracts with an enzyme to remove sugar components by converting the same to alcohol, and obtaining natural pigments; (S30) primarily filtering the obtained natural pigments by using a filter to separate particle sizes into nanoparticles of 500 nm or less; (S40) mixing and stirring 10-30 wt% of the separated natural pigments, 30-50 wt% of water, 15-45 wt% of an anti-settling agent, 1-3 wt% of a defoamer, 1-3 wt% of a thickener, 1-5 wt% of an acidity regulator, and 1-3 wt% of preservatives, to prepare ink; and (S50) secondarily filtering the prepared ink by using a filter to separate the particle sizes into nanoparticles of 500 nm or less, to obtain final ink. Accordingly, nanosized eco-friendly ink having properties effective for digital printing can be prepared using natural pigments.
