According to the present invention, a real-time care apparatus for indoor air can comprise: a communication unit receiving indoor and outdoor air quality information in real time from indoor and outdoor air quality collection devices; and a control unit configured to determine whether or not indoor air is required to be purified in real time by analyzing at least one of the received indoor and outdoor air quality information, indoor space information, and user information, to transmit the information determined in real time to an indoor terminal located indoors and an outdoor terminal located outdoors, to drive an air conditioning system located indoors when it is determined that the indoor air is required to be purified, and to discharge an ionizing material to the indoor space through an air purification means to improve indoor air quality.
