The present invention relates to a safety alarm device for a railroad worker, a safety alarm system comprising the same and a safety alarm method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the safety alarm system comprises: a safety alarm device installed in every pre-determined work section to be independently operated, determining whether a work area is safe or not based on whether a train enters or exits and whether a worker enters or exits when the corresponding work section is designated as the work area by the worker, and outputting an alarm signal; a train detection device detecting a train which enters into or exits from the work section to obtain train detection information; an entry/exit management device obtaining worker entry/exit information set by a worker who enters into or exits from the work section; and a safety alarm terminal device outputting the alarm signal provided by the safety alarm device. The safety alarm device can determine whether the train enters or exists based on the train detection information, and determine whether the worker enters or exits based on the worker entry/exit information. According to the present invention, it is possible to secure the safety of a worker in each work section.
