The present invention relates to a low temperature oxidative coupling method of methane using an oxidized palladium catalyst supported on cerium oxide. The method of the present invention relates to an oxidative coupling method of methane at a low temperature using a highly oxidized palladium catalyst, and may become a new source technology for selective conversion of methane in a conventional noble metal heterogeneous catalyst. In addition, it is possible to significantly improve process energy and price competitiveness by using an OCM reaction capable of driving at a low temperature away from the existing high temperature OCM reaction and using a small amount of oxygen as an oxidizing agent.
