The present invention relates to an anti-inflammatory analgesic prevention or purification pharmaceutical composition which contains a selective COX-2 inhibitor as an active component and a manufacturing method thereof. The present inventors confirmed that when a tablet composition for anti-inflammatory analgesic prevention or treatment containing the selective COX-2 inhibitor, etoricoxib, as the active component is manufactured with a composition of the present invention, the tablet composition exhibits improved workability and an effective dissolution rate, thereby being able to be easily and efficiently manufactured and be widely utilized for developing an anti-inflammatory analgesic medicine with improved friability, hardness, and an elution rate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
