Provided is a method for processing a Lycra sponge adhesive material, which comprises: a step (S10) of attaching a high-density sponge to one surface of a Lycra material using a hot melt adhesive film; a step (S20) of attaching the high-density sponge on a rear surface of the Lycra material using the hot melt adhesive film, and attaching an interlock on one surface of the high-density sponge using the hot melt adhesive film; a step (S30) of compressing front and rear surfaces of the Lycra material attached with the high-density sponge and the interlock; and a step (S40) of carving embossed and intaglio patterns on the compressed Lycra material. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the Lycra sponge adhesive material having excellent tensile strength, peeling strength, durability, flame retardant, and hardness can be processed. In addition, the Lycra sponge adhesive material can be used as a hard material suitable for voluminous bag and fashion accessories since the hardness is excellent, and can be used as a material for various fashion products since embossed or intaglio pattern molding is easy.
