The present invention relates to a temperature-reducing plastic greenhouse that controls the amount of light. More particularly, the present invention is formed to be covered with a PE nonwoven fabric made of polyethylene on the outside and inside of the plastic greenhouse to prevent the temperature in the plastic greenhouse from rising. A plurality of plastic greenhouses are installed spaced apart from each other on the side. Also, light diffusely reflected from the PE nonwoven fabric of the plastic greenhouse installed on the side is introduced into a portion of the plastic greenhouse where the PE nonwoven fabric is opened by an opening/closing device, thereby controlling the amount of light and temperature required for the growth of crops. Therefore, it is possible to promote the growth of crops, and produce large amounts of crops of good quality.
