The present invention relates to a solar waste module frame removal device and a solar waste module resource system including the same. More specifically, the solar waste module frame removal device moves a solar waste module, inserts a frame separation cutter into an adhesive surface of a frame with regard to the solar waste module, and separates the frame to enable quick and effective separation of the frame. Moreover, the solar waste module frame removal device fixes the solar waste module on both sides of the solar waste module, and allows the solar waste module to be in contact with the frame separation cutter to be accurately inserted into the adhesive surface of the frame so as to increase accuracy and stability of frame removal.
