New spirolactone compounds

Spirolactone compounds of formula (I) useful as inhibitors of ACC1 and / or ACC2 are provided herein. Spirolactone compounds described herein can be used in the treatment of diseases or disorders associated with abnormal ACC1 and / or ACC2 activity, such as non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), acne, obesity, diabetes, and cancer. Also provided herein is a pharmaceutical composition comprising a spirolactone compound of Formula I, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
