According to one embodiment of the present invention, a manufacturing method of a liquefied natural gas carrier includes the steps of: manufacturing a plurality of holds (10) on the land (1); loading the plurality of holds (10) on land skid rails (110); shipping the plurality of holds (10) on barge skid rails (120) of a barge (20) by using a transfer part (40); launching the plurality of holds (10) from the barge (20); locating the plurality of holds (10) in a dock (30); completing a ship body (43) by loading a stem (41) and a stern (42) in the dock (30); and launching the ship body (43) from the dock (30), wherein a plurality of steel keel blocks (50) are installed between the land skid rails (110).
