The present invention relates to a toothbrush cover capable of removing foreign matter on bristles. More specifically, the present invention comprises: a main body having a mounting space in which a head part of the toothbrush is inserted and seated; and a foreign matter removal protrusion in which a plurality thereof are disposed at a predetermined interval apart on the inner upper surface of the main body and protruding from the upper surface to be disposed to face bristles of the toothbrush, wherein if the head part of the toothbrush is inserted into the mounting space, foreign matters attached to the bristles are removed by friction of the foreign matter removal protrusion and the bristle.
