The present invention relates to a method of predicting a processing strain value of a titanium airplane component. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method of predicting a processing strain value of a titanium airplane component includes the following steps of: calculating a strain value corresponding to a cutting force by thickness of a component; calculating a strain value corresponding to a cutting temperature by thickness of the component; calculating a strain value corresponding to thickness by slenderness ratio of the component; determining a cutting temperature required for each specific process for the production of the component, and calculating a strain value corresponding to the determined cutting temperature; and calculating a comprehensive strain value wherein an error range for the strain value in accordance with the cutting force is within a first range and an error range in accordance with the slenderness ratio is within a second range based on the strain value corresponding to the cutting temperature.
