The present invention relates to a smart subway operation control system using big data or the like to enable a high-speed operation at low cost even on a route which is already in operation. According to the present invention, the smart subway operation control system comprises: a control server which receives location information of a subway and determines and transmits a station to be stopped by the subway according to a sign of the subway; and a subway server which transmits the location information of the subway to the control server and receives information on the station to be stopped from the control server to control the operation of the subway to stop at regular intervals. The control server determines a station to be stopped periodically or aperiodically in response to traffic conditions for each season and time zone based on accumulated big data of passengers for each station.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
