Provided is a wellness service providing system (100) using health data of mother and newborn baby, to provide a customized wellness service optimized to each of a mother and a newborn baby. According to the present invention, the system (100) comprises: a main server (110), client devices (120-1 to 120-N), a first group of affiliated company devices (130-1 to 130-N), a second group of affiliated company devices (140-1 to 140-N), a medical information collection means (101), a living information collection means (102), a general information collection means (103), a database maintaining means (104), a wellness schedule generation means (105), a performance direction means (106), and a performance data collection means (107) collecting performance data including whether a user performs a wellness schedule directed by the performance direction means (106), a performance result, and user response, wherein the data collected by the performance data collection means (107) is fed back to one or more of other means.
