The present invention relates to an excavated soil processing apparatus of a mud-injection semi-shield construction method and, more specifically, to an excavated soil processing apparatus of a mud-injection semi-shield construction method which processes high-viscosity excavated soil produced during underground excavation work using mud-injection or osmotic-pressure construction methods to easily discharge the excavated soil. A conventional semi-shield machine includes a cutter installed on the front end of a cylindrical body, a mud supply pipe and a discharge pipe with an opening/closing valve connected to a chamber behind the cutter, and a vibro-screen installed behind the discharge pipe. The excavated soil processing apparatus of a mud-injection semi-shield construction method has a water spray nozzle installed on an upper portion of the vibro-screen installed on the discharge pipe. The water spray nozzle is connected to a water supply pipe connected to a water tank on the ground to supply a proper amount of water from above excavated soil entering the vibro-screen to weaken the viscosity of the excavated soil.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
