The present invention relates to an organic waste treatment apparatus and a thermophilic-mesophilic anaerobic digestion operation method combined with ultrasonic pretreatment using the same, and more particularly, to a method for efficiently treating organic waste and purifying methane with high purity by ultrasonically treating organic waste such as food waste and sewage sludge, and then performing a series of anaerobic digestion and gas purification processes. According to the present invention, by the combined operation of a thermophilic-mesophilic anaerobic digester combined with ultrasonic pretreatment using an organic waste treatment apparatus, the digestion efficiency of the organic waste can be improved, and the sludge waste can be efficiently finely divided to be minimized, thereby increasing the production of high-quality biogas.
