According to the present invention, a fire prediction system comprises: a plurality of sensors which are arranged in a power facility to generate different types of sensing data; a local unit which stores and processes the sensing data provided from the plurality of sensors; and a system control unit which receives the sensing data from the local unit and runs a program realized with a graph for predicting a fire risk of the power facility. In the graph, a plurality of axes corresponding to the types of sensing data one to one are defined, and sensing data displayed on the plurality of axes are connected to each other to define a sensing area.
