The present invention relates to a pen mouse in which a laser pointer and a microphone are combined. The present invention is provided to solve the problem that conventional laser pointer, a mouse and a microphone are used separately by enabling a basic microphone and a laser pointer to be used for presentation and for writing or manipulating on a computer screen. That is, a pen mouse according to the present invention includes a mouse body formed in a thick pen shape to allow a user to feel the grip like a writing instrument in a mouse; a pen tip formed shapely to realize the feeling of writing; a laser represented by a red laser pointer to display a pointer on a screen; a handwriting button formed in a pointed triangle shape on the right to turn over a next slide and write; a click button including a pointed triangle shape on the left side to turn over a previous slide; a microphone button operated by pushing ON/OFF to operate power of a microphone; the microphone made of metal with a speaker installed to recognize a voice of a user; a clip formed in a clip shape to be fixed to clothes or a file folder; and a light-emitting unit expressed in three colors to distinguish functions by color.
