The present invention relates to recombinant yeast with organelles mutated through genetic manipulation and a method for producing various isoprenoids using the same. In the case of introducing a metabolic pathway of isoprenoid, a useful product, to a mutated yeast with an increased number or size of peroxisomes, which are organelles, through genetic recombination, it is possible to significantly increase the amount of isoprenoid production compared to yeast without cell organelle mutation, thereby enabling mass production of isoprenoid and being usefully utilized in various industrial fields where isoprenoid is applied.
