Hybrid bead using persimmon leaf and chitosan for the treatment of aqueous solution contaminated with toxic heavy metal ions and method of the same

The present invention relates to a method for preparing a hybrid bead for a heavy metal ion adsorbent using persimmon leaf and chitosan, and a hybrid bead prepared thereby. The method, as a method for preparing a hybrid bead for a heavy metal ion adsorbent to remove heavy metal ions contained in an aqueous solution, comprises: a pre-treatment step of preparing persimmon leaves in a powder form; a culture step of mixing the powder-form persimmon leaves in a chitosan solution and culturing the mixture in a bead form; a first washing step of washing the prepared beads using a first solvent; an aging step of preparing hybrid beads by adding a crosslinking agent to the beads and aging the same; a second washing step of primarily washing the hybrid beads with a second solvent different from the first solvent, and secondarily washing the same with the first solvent; and a drying step of drying the hybrid beads.
